Anxiety, Depression, ADD symptoms?

Well basically I think I suffer from all 3 of these illnesses. I just want to be sure that I do have them before I go to the doctor and try to get medication, so I don’t embarrass myself by being wrong about having these illnesses. I’ll list the symptoms I’m seeing for each illness below

Anxiety- Basically have panic attacks, short breaths, hard to breath, shaking, adrenaline pumping very hard, can feel my heart pound, face turns bright red. Usually happens when I’m public speaking, talking to a girl I like, or am in an awkward/embarrassing situation

Depression- Mood swings that make me very sad. Emotional at times. Cry myself to sleep some night, not happy at all. Suicidal thoughts (almost attempted many times), feel like nothing to live for, lonely, would rather stay in my house alone then go out on a Friday night.

ADD- can’t focus, can’t study or do work at all. Education (such as math) doesn’t come easy to me at all.

So what do you all think? Do you think I suffer from all 3 of these? I don’t want to sound like I’m "assuming the worst" or anything when I talk to the doctor.

Why is my anxiety/depression the worst in the morning?

I have GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) and a touch of depression too and my symptoms are always worse in the morning. I usually wake up like an hour earlier than I need to and feel nauseous and anxious. I’ve just gone through my first real breakup and I am also taking citalopram to treat my pre-existing conditions. Any thoughts?

Can some with PTSD be fine, but experience severe anxiety symptoms after seeing or talking to certain people?

I was diagnosed with an social anxiety and panic disorder. One therapist from the past believes I have PTSD. However, I’m not sure, because I always seem to get better, and my anxiety will start to decrease and I will honestly begin making plans to improve my life. However, when I speak to the parent who was very abusive towards me as a child, I immediately begin to have the severe anxiety and depression symptoms like clock work. Even my speech is effected, to the point where I begin to stutter as I did during my childhood, and can barely talk to this parent. My muscles also become very tense and I’m left sore the next day.

Afterall, if the severe symptoms only surface when speaking to this parent or other abusers. If I have no symptoms when staying away from these triggering people. is it really ptsd? Has anyone else experienced these drastic changes in mood and anxiety as well?

I have been diagnosed with Generalized Anxiety Disorder and Clinical Depression. ….?

This has been going on most of my life but I didn’t have any symptoms for a long time until after i had my daughter. I then started having blood pressure problems, and I am on 50 mg of Toprol a day for that and Anxiety. I am up to 200 mgs of Zoloft a day for both the depression and anxiety. I take Clonapin for anxiety and I also wanna throw in here that I have under active thyroid disease that is being monitored carefully. Problem is- i am having numbness and tingling in my sinus area and in my finger tips. My doctor says that it is my panic symptoms returning. I don’t understand this as I have been given a ton od medication. I don’t normally feel nervous but I have a lot of physical anxiety/stress symptoms. I was just looking for thoughts on this matter- does anyone experience similar things or do you know of a way to overcome this. I am very tired of it all. I am tired of worrying all of the time over something I really know is not serious. When you have a baby, you worry more anyways. Please give me some opinions anything so I can have a better more thorough sicussion with my doctor.

Thank you
